A small, curated network for curious minds who believe that real progress starts with involvement.

The Involvers Club is a recurring gathering hosted by Involved. It brings together people who care about participation, leadership, and doing things differently, across roles, industries, and experiences.

Each edition is built around a shared theme and combines short perspectives with conversation and active involvement. No panels. No long presentations. Just space to think together.

What is The Involvers Club?

The Involvers Club is our way of creating room for deeper conversations than what usually fits into meetings, conferences, or workshops.

It’s a place to:
- exchange perspectives across disciplines
- explore what meaningful participation looks like in practice
- learn from real experiences, not polished case stories
- connect with people who are building, changing, or questioning how things are done

Each session is intentionally small and by invitation, to keep conversations open, honest, and engaging.

Previous editions

The Involvers Club has been hosted in both Copenhagen and Aarhus, bringing together participants from startups, corporates, education, and the public sector.

Across previous sessions, we’ve explored themes such as:
- involvement in change processes
- leadership and participation
- creating space for honest input
- building alignment across different perspectives

Each edition builds on the last, shaped by the people in the room.

The human side of strategy & inclusion
February 26 · 14:30–16:30

Copnehagen

This time, we’re thrilled to welcome the following two speakers:

Morten Andreassen
Partner & Co-founder of Round
With over 13 years of experience at Bain and Qvartz, Morten co-founded Round to challenge the status quo by placing people at the center of strategy. We admire his ambition to redefine the industry—proving that true impact comes from challenging how we think and working with strong, people-oriented values.

Anna Pawlowicz
Founder and CEO of HumanKind
Anna turned a deeply personal journey with her son’s diagnosis into a professional mission to dismantle the stigma surrounding disability. We admire her courage in helping organizations move from "polite silence" to practical action, replacing fear with honest connection.

Together, our speakers will share perspectives on the human element of business, from high-level strategy to the deep nuances of inclusion, and what happens when you stop guessing and start listening.

As always, this will not be a traditional speaker session.
