People really like Involved — here’s what they’re saying:

We love Involved! We use it with clients when delivering disability and neurodiversity training for workplaces, with groups of 50 to 1,000+ people. It encourages honest feedback and insights, important for a sensitive topic. Involved lets us take the pulse of attitudes, awareness and concerns prior to an event – which we address during training to make it targeted to their needs – then track how attitudes changed post-event, giving measurable results and ideas for where more can be done for the client’s HR and leadership. Unlike typical survey tools, Involved makes sessions more engaging, with more nuanced insights for clients. From an admin perspective, it’s really easy to use and outputs helpful charts for client reports. The Involved team are a delight to work with and super helpful.

How do you get honest input on potentially sensitive topics from as many voices as possible, when time is short? The Involved platform enabled me to do just that when I facilitated a workshop on inclusive practices at a university in Germany.
The platform is very easy to use, and the 30 participants engaged actively. In a short time, several ideas that had been qualitatively evaluated by their peers were obtained and automatically summarized in a report immediately. Contributing anonymously through Involved helped create a safe space for participants to openly share their perspectives on the top 5 ideas. I highly recommend using Involved to ensure diverse perspectives are brought to the table.

Rambøll used Involved for a workshop where 100 participants worked on identifying needs and opportunities for the development of a new district. The goal was to generate a wide range of qualitative inputs and then prioritize them. The proposals with the most support were taken forward for deeper group discussions. The platform performed perfectly — in just 15 minutes, all 100 participants were onboarded, had developed 120 qualitative proposals, and prioritized five for further work. We highly recommend Involved.

In our work to enhance recovery practices, we have successfully used Involved to engage our patients. The platform has allowed us to gain invaluable and often surprising input from our patients, helping us focus our efforts. It has been a fantastic way to involve and interact with our target group, and we look forward to also incorporating staff perspectives through the same platform.

Involved offers a different approach and serves as a strong complement to more traditional employee surveys. What makes it unique is that employees have complete freedom in their responses and can rate how much they agree or disagree with their colleagues' statements. This opens a more employee-driven process, allowing us to discover new insights and find answers to questions we might not have thought to ask. Involved’s approach has provided us with a solid foundation for working on wellbeing and culture.

I am impressed by how deeply the 60 participants engaged with the topics, how much knowledge we gained in a short time, and how honest participants were in their responses. It is clear that participants felt comfortable using Involved because it is an online and anonymous tool that provides a safe space for expressing thoughts and concerns without first considering what colleagues might think. It is invaluable that Involved is data-driven and presents the results in an accessible format that is easy to build upon.
